Try any of our products for up to 60 days from delivery. If you're not completely satisfied:

You must return the unused portion (or empty container) to us
We'll process your refund once we receive your returned item
We'll refund your full purchase price, minus shipping costs
No complicated requirements - just let us know why it didn't work for you

*Note: We cannot correct shipments sent to the wrong address. Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. You must be able to return the product to complete a return for our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable
First-time purchases of individual products are eligible for our guarantee
Standard individual bundle purchases are eligible for our guarantee
Multi-packs (3 packs, 6 packs, 12 packs) and bulk bucket orders are NOT eligible for returns - all sales are final for these products
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Subscription Orders

Canceling Before Your Order Processes

You can cancel your subscription at any time before 11:55 PM Eastern Time on the day before your scheduled renewal date.

To cancel via your account dashboard:

Log into your account and manage your subscription
Cancellations through the portal are processed immediately

Email cancellations require at least two business days to process
For immediate cancellation, please use your account dashboard

If you cancel before the deadline, you will not be charged and no order will be processed.

Once Your Subscription Order Processes

After 11:59 PM EST on the day before your renewal date, your subscription order enters our fulfillment system and cannot be canceled. At this point, the order is treated as a completed purchase.

However, you're still protected by our standard 60-day satisfaction guarantee:

Your subscription order is eligible for our full 60-day money-back guarantee
Try the products for up to 60 days from delivery
Return the unused portion or empty container for a refund (minus shipping costs)
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days

Subsequent subscription orders: Each order is eligible for our standard return policy
