Great experience. only downside is that you would expect the bottles to be full but they are only halfway full and some were not even halfway full
Hey Austin! We appreciate your feedback & wanted to give some clarification here just so you aren't disappointed in the contents of the bottles! The reason the bottles are only halfway full is because we don't use the additives & fillers to help you feel like you are "getting more" without actually helping your dog. Many of these additives and fillers that other brands use are useless from a nutritional standpoint at best, and in a lot of cases are actually harmful for your dog. Our goal has always been to eliminate these inactive ingredients wherever possible. The second part to that is that we had to make sure that the bottles are large enough that you can actually fit your hand in it to scoop out the powder. While we could have used a bottle that would be completely full, many people would have had issues & been very annoyed by being unable to actually scoop the powder out each day.
